When their previous platform was discontinued, AssetBook migrated hundreds of FM Mattsson WMS gateways and dozens of customers to the AssetBook IoT Platform — with no service interruption.
The Challenge
FM Mattsson's connected water management system (Tronic WMS) ran on a third-party platform that was being discontinued. Every gateway and customer needed to move to a new platform without losing service continuity or data.
The Solution
AssetBook moved every FM Mattsson gateway to the AssetBook IoT Platform in a complete migration. The migration preserved all customer data, configurations, and reporting. The transition was seamless — no customer experienced service interruption, and switching platform did not turn into a large project for FM Mattsson or their customers.
